VDS-3000 Stabilized NPB VDS-3000 is a new solvent which does not contain any chlorinated or fluorinated solvents. It has similar physical characteristics to 1.1.1 trichloroethene with superior solvency. The primary solvent in VDS-3000 has received EPA SNAP approval for precision cleaning and vapor degreasing. Item No. 1610 - 1 Gallon Containers - 6 per carton, Item No. 1611 - 5 Gallon Container and Item No. 1614 - 55 Gallon Drum.
